What does the Service include? The service includes a full safety check and combustion analysis of the appliance are carried out to make sure the appliance is safe and efficient.                                     

What is not included with the Service? The cost of repairing any faults or replacing parts is not included with the service

Can you Service any type of Boiler and Fire? Yes. We can service any domestic Boiler and all Gas Fires

How long will the Service take? It can take anywhere up to an hour to complete the service.

How often should my Gas Appliances be Serviced? The HSE and Gas Fired appliance Manufacturers along with the Gas Safe Register, recommend all Gas Appliances are Serviced annually.

Will there be any mess or disruption? Our engineers  will use dust sheets to cover all work surfaces and areas. They will treat your property with respect and clean up at the end of the day to try and keep any disruption to a minimum.

Do I need to do anything in preparation for the Service? We would just ask that you make sure the Boiler is accessible and that anything placed near to the Gas Appliance being serviced are moved.

                                                                               INSTALLATION OF GAS PIPEWORK INTERNAL/EXTERNAL

We can install different types of gas pipe including, copper, Tracpipe (CSST or similar) and rigid steel barrel pipework. Prices of installation are as follows:

Copper - charged at a standard day rate - please call for prices and breakdown - does not include materials

Tracpipe or similar - External installation, up to 30M including any groundworks necessary is charged at £450 per day - not including materials

                                 Internal installation, up to 30M  is charged on assessment of the internal building - not including materials

Steel Barrel - charged at a standard day rate - please call for prices and breakdown - does not include materials
